Tuesday Special, Birthday Photos & Something Special FREEBIE

Happy Tuesday to all :)

I've been very busy till yesterday, last Sunday my daughter celebrated her 7th birthday. We had Tangled (Rapunzel) theme party. Everybody had a great time, kids and adults.

Here are some bits and pieces of the party.

I made butterfly garlands with photo with scenes from the movie, the banner with sun icon, used Tangled theme plates and cups (ordered from ebay). I decorated the pink & lilac spoon & fork with personalized printed tag, luckily we found a magazine with centerfold posters of Rapunzel and used it as backdrop (how I use there's a tarpaulin printing here) and prepared some chocolates & lollies for the kids tables. A friend of mine provided some special balloons for the table centrepiece.

Simple layout I made for the birthday girl. She's my inspiration :)

I played with the blending mode and opacity of the paint splatter.

Happy birthday to my darling daughter.

Birthday preparations....I've been busy preparing for my daughter's birthday, she requested for Tangled (Rapunzel theme), she loves this movie, I think she watched a 100 times and even borrowed a Tangled book in the library. She loves pink and purple colors :)

I gathered some ideas from the net, pin some ideas in Pinterest and started to collect things for the party. I made a layout of the invitation and just brought to a photo center. I made banners from acid-free paper boards and cut the sun symbol. Sun pattern from the internet.

I made some butterfly garlands with different scene photos from the movie. Searched some high resolution wallpapers. I found some cute loot box that ready made and just attached a personalized Tangled lootbag tags. My hubby made a cardboard centrepiece tower and he also made a pinata castle. Will post some of the photos soon.

I'm just thinking.....why not make a digital kit out of this theme :) Will use for the birthday photobook of my daughter. Is that a good idea?

We will see....I'll add in my to-do-list :)
